40 rounds of .223 using 25.8 gr Varget and 55 gr Hornaday FMJBTs. Takes a while because I measure and trickle each round.

Every once in a while some one abandons a box of 460 brass at my range, PM me and the next box is yours for the cost of shipping. It is once fired factory ammo out of a weatherby mk5.

I wrote soon to be Prez Trump and urged him to make banding the production of small primer 45acp brass his first order of business, and further more a federal buy back campaign to remove all existing hulls and loaded rounds from the country.
Please write your congressman.

Loaded 550+ rounds of .41 magnum for the desert eagle. Using both 210 grain Sierra jhp and Berry's plt'd fp with combinations of various powder loads in new Starlinebrass and Winchester large pistol primers. The .41 magnum is probably the best caliber MRI put in the desert eagle too bad it never took off.

I reloaded my very first ammo today on my new Redding T7 Turret press.
60 rounds of .38 special. Six 10 round batches, working the load up from 3.5 gr to 4.0 grains (raising the measure up .1 grain for each batch).
Used Hornady 158 gr LSWC bullets. Can't. Wait. To. Shoot. Them.

I'm very proud

Reloaded 50 rounds of 9mm 147gr FMJ's on the single press just to try out and set up the Dillon Carbide dies that tomadv made available.

They were as good as new and worked like a charm. Thanks tomadv.........

Mainly steel plates that my range has put out for shooting at with anything. I also like to bust rocks with it out in the desert. I am 6'4" and 260 lbs so I can shoot this thing quite a bit before I start getting worn out.

Organized the working surface of my bench. Put things where they belong.

Then to the the Bathroom in my shop building. Where the washer dryer was pre-house days, I have an old set of drawers. So cleared the top and set up my new Frankford Arsenal wet brass tumber, the Frankford Arsenal post-cleaning separator, and towel covered tray for drying brass. Ready to get started on my second batch!!

Waiting for new dies to show up tomorrow and start setting them up.

Spent Sunday night watching the game and using my Frankford Arsenal de-primer doing probably six hundred 45 ACP, 44 Magnum, 40 S&W and 9mm brass.

Good to be getting started again. Funny looking at that 77 stamped on the top of the RCBS dies I have....

Primed a few hundred .45 ACP brass .

Got a surprise ... one primer pocket of the brass took the primer only partially in .
Tried to add force but the primer did not go in .
Knew better than use excessive force , did that once earlier and *BANG*... the primer went off .
Ringing ears for a good while .

So it took half an hour of wiggling and twisting of the brass to get the primer loosen and come out .

Reason for the jam?
Old primer had torn leaving the rim in the pocket .

50 .38 148gr wadcutters, 50 .38 110g LRN, 50 9mm 125 LRN, 50 115 FMJ, 50 115 JHP. over various levels of Titegrp and Universal.

I had a major snafu and spilled about a 1/4 cup of Universal on my workbench... thought feed tube was closed on my power measure. Whoops

Cleaned all my range 9mm brass, weighed it and it came to 40 lbs.
Not sure how many that is but pretty sure I don't have enough 115gr blue bullets to load them all.
A man and his cleaned brass, it's a beautiful thing.

Then I swagged bunch of 556 brass.

I hate the act of swag , it is so boring.

Sorted 3,000 9mm cases by headstamp, much harder for old eyes than 45.
