I badly want an HK SP5 with an SB Tactical pistol brace, just because. Unfortunately unless there's a Santa out there listening there's no way I'm going to spend $2700 of my own money on a range toy.

Avoid the temptation to replace everything on your brand-new 1911 just to make it "better". Know what you're changing out and why. You may spend a lot of money fixing things that weren't broken to begin with. Shoot at least 500 rounds through it first, then decide what you don't like and want to improve. Regarding vintage 1911s, pre-1970 pistols are highly collectible in original, unaltered condition and should NEVER be refinished or modified as it completely ruins their monetary value.

Pretty chock full here as well.

Maybe a Monolith or a long slide down the road though.

She said "how do I know what those are"!

Sigh.....

Probably getting socks & underwear.....again...
Buy her socks and underwear- and she'll get the hint!

Order, wrap and place said primers under the tree and show her what they are. Or send her the link and she can buy with about 3 clicks.

Santa has promised me two 1911s: an STI Staccato P Duo and a Baer Gunsite movel (both in God's Caliber), but they are on backorder--the elves are really busy this time of year.

Not much on my list this year either. I did get my son (who's home on leave from Alaska) an AR10....hes going to be happy. I did send McMillan my Savage hunting rifle to have a custom McMillan carbon fiber stock fitted about 5 months ago. They did estimate Dec/Jan delivery. I was hoping for it to come sorta as my Christmas present, but not yet. My Birthdays in January so there's hope for that occasion...Lol.

I got a new flashlight. That's all I wanted. I have fun buying things for my wife and friends. This is one of my favorite gag gifts this year: http://www.gogotape.com/

I'm getting some ammo, a new Bullard holster, and a membership to a private outdoor range. Some magazines from checkmate and more training classes from Randy Cain coming soon. Merry Christmas.

I keep asking Santa for one of the Vector import High Powers with tangent sights & stock slot - & may be asking a lot longer.
But after watching all the Gen. 2 Grand Power 9mm STRIBOG + telescoping arm brace, Videos, I found something very practical for an elderly gents house gun...

Very nice. Im sure it will sound great. My 15 yr old nephew is quite the guitarist. Plays in a local south Florida band. They even have an original song on iTunes called "Lady in waiting" by Saving Herald. He's quite the "shredder". I found a pretty cool guitar for his collection for a steal. Its a 1987 Jackson Soloist Custom. Floyd Rose Tremolo, Ebony fret board with shark fin pearl inlays, pick ups hand wound by Abigail Ybarra. With original Custom Jackson Tolex fitted case. Like new for a 32 year old classic guitar. I can't wait to hear him play it on Christmas Day.
