Does it look like this one? This is one from that time period with aftermarket grip panels.

I recall a small batch of the above stainless models running in perhaps 2010 or so?

Does it have a grey colored frame? I have a Compact made in 2000 which is on the top below but it has a grey frame just like my 2002 Defender where Colt put a Teflon coating over the Aluminum frame. The thing is the frame on the Compact is steel. I put aftermarket stocks on both of these pistols by the way plus a long trigger in the Compact.

Lightweight Officers?

They did a short run of LW Stainless Officers, in the 'Enhanced' XS line...had extended ambi safety, 2-hole trigger, weird rear sight cut, Caspian shark fin grip safety...

I think here is one you are talking about made in 1999 and not to many made.

That is exactly the model I'm talking abut; I had one I rescued from a pawn shop a few years ago, and de-bubba'd it...

I picked up one just like yours today and sent you a PM about it.
This is my first post here, so if you don't get it, shoot one to me.
Thanks.

I picked one up and can't find any info other than it was made in Dec. 1996.
Any info would be appreciated.
