Site supporter reoccurring payment

Good Morning 1911 Staff,

My reoccurring Site Supporter payment was automatically made on 19JAN, but it hasnít taken effect yet. As such, I canít enter the Site Supporter Subforum and Iím getting a notice that my pm capacity is full. I attempted to send a pm to our support staff, but when I hit send, I receive a notice that my pmís are full.

I understand that payment processing can be delayed, but it would be nice if there was a way to prevent automatic revocation of pm limits for 7 days, until it could be verified that reoccurring payments have been received.

For example; if a Supporterís reoccurring payment expires on 19JAN, then consider creating a rule that allows the supporter status to remain in effect until 26JAN, then if payment is received, supporter status could remain in effect, if payment wasnít received, then supporter status could then be revoked.

Thanks for your attention to this matter, yíall have a Super Day.

We apologize for the inconvenience but thank you for your patience. I have updated your account to reflect your supporter status. Now you should have PM access to send us the details of your payment so we can confirm it did in fact go through on our end with our sales dept.

Please provide the following details (in a PM, not in the thread):

- the email address associated with your PayPal account
- transaction ID#
- date paid
- which recurring site supporter subscription did you get? (1 month for $5, 2 months for $10, etc.)

Please link this thread for reference in your PM reply.

Thank you,
Nate
