Not too far from Ferguson

Introducing myself here as kimberyote. I live about 40 miles east of Ferguson, MO, but I routinely work very near the Ferguson neighborhood.
There are members at my LGC that are from Ferguson, and like most places, there are good parts, and no so good parts of the community.
I have recently retired from playing carpenter for the last 35 years, but I still work for the Local union in the public. The time of day that I start to work is about the time the gang bangers are calling it a day/night. Anyway, I was carrying a Walther creed 9mm, but I wanted to break out my Kimber gold Combat that I had a Clark comp, barrel installed on it, along with a bunch of other stuff.
I have been carrying it on a Marine Corps shoulder holster that I had modified to accept the rail. Now with the change in temps, Im looking for a IWB or OWB holster that will be as kind to the finish as possible. I need a left handed one.
Im currently looking at one of the Wilson Combat holsters. I need a belt too.
Well, that's about it from Hunkering down central, here in the people's republic of Illinois. Cheers!

Anything with a FLGR is fluff, if JMB didn't put it on the 1911 you don't need it.
If you are going to collect, don't be 'drawn' to an example that is neither original nor correct; instant gratification is always more expensive than a good education.
