But IMO, NY state WILL fail the test (of applying the law equally)!

Governor Coumo is going to ignore the RedFlag request because, after all, it comes from a GUN organization......you know, those people are GUN nuts.......what would a sane person expect from such a group like that...... do they really think the Constitution applies equally to everyone....... those people are dangerous.....
We need some more gun laws.......

Hats off to those people!

As a long VCDL Aparatchik, and proud of it. I am just flat out jealous. I can see where I am going to have to add GOA to my already overloaded (send a check to them list). So be it, we are only going to get one chance at this.

I can not see a whole lot coming out of this in terms of any sort of compliance. But stranger things have happened. And we can perhaps use it down the line to some benefit. At any rate we have to keep the pressure on these commies by whatever means necessary.

Maybe not, but I admire the chutspah.

Anybody being that aggressive about fighting the enemy
deserves our support. And our donations!
So I just make my small contribution to the battle.

Go GOA!

For the Chief Justice to speak out as Roberts did, Censure seems appropriate for hair plug head Schumer. Let All the women there cheering him on receive Red Flag labels.

Schumer is just another Lefty Dirtbag who will always choose violence when they loose under the rule of law, elections, or even public square debate. What he said to the two Justices is despicable and truly Evil. (And no, there isn't any equivalency btwn POTUS criticism of judges, POTUS never, ever, threatened any judge).

Red flagging him is a great idea, but of course isn't going to happen, not in a state controlled by the left.

Should not this alert be directed to the local officials where Schumer lives?
Their heads would explode!

An addition...
Quote:
Moreover, it turns out that federal law also makes illegal Schumer's conduct.
Thus, GOA informs Cuomo that 40 USC §6134 makes it unlawful to "make a harangue or oration,
or utter loud, threatening, or abusive language in the Supreme Court Building or grounds."
Schumer made his speech on Supreme Court grounds.
Which might add some teeth to the charge.

I could not disagree more. Obviously, no one believes the full power of the law will be applied to Senator Schumer. But it will make people think about the situations, both red flag laws, and Schumers diatribe against the Justices.

Some of the tactics the Left use come in handy, this case red-flagging would be one of them, Sanctuary 2A counties are another example. It is so powerful to use their own techniques and stick them right back in their face's.

Other tactics we should stay away from, like Race Baiting, which unfortunately, in an extremely, extremely, small % does show its evil head on our side also. Let the Lefty be the one and only Champion of Race-Baiting&scapegoating, there is no room for it in the Conservative Tent.

I joined the GOA first time this year in support of the VA-Patriots. I like what I see of them so far, they are like a more aggressive version of the NRA. We need to be aggressive in the Political, always peaceful, violence only if needed in self-defense.

I became a GOA life member about 5 years or so ago, and appreciate the many updates of pending legislation in many places affecting 2A rights - they are very active, so I'm happy to send them donations when I can for what I can afford. They deserve it IMHO.

We need to realize that turning the other cheek has gotten us absolutely nowhere. Worse than nowhere, actually. If we've learned nothing else from the President, at least learn this one lesson.

To let these animals perform like this without at least being called out on it would be disgraceful.

I am a life member of the IRA and have been dismayed and disappointed about all that is happening with that organization lately. Thought about joining GOA and throwing my support to them instead. This red flag letter has made up my mind! Will be a member before the day is over!

Good point, however the rest of your fellow American Sheep don't seem to notice how juvenile the Democrats are every day on a very wide range of issues. What seems juvenile is actually a very mature and reasoned way to back down those who act and argue from defenseless positions. Most Liberals spew defenseless rhetoric on most all issues and are never fact checked. Making them toe their own lines is an excellent way to leave them with egg on their faces.

The American Sheep that follow the Democratic Party are confused about what the "American Way" is about, and are simply fearful of those who are self thinkers and doers. Those who don't seem to need a crutch to get through life are scare Libtards spitless. They want rules/laws to prevent confident people from doing things that they don't like or are afraid to do so you can't do them either. If you get my meaning.

So I say make them eat their own words, they would not even flinch a bit to eradicate the self confident people of this and other forums like this one if they could.

I have been a member of GOA for many years and they are one of the best organizations I have come across. There are many other good groups but I really like the GOA email alerts you can sign up for. When certain state or federal legislation comes up they send me a email and I go to their website to sign an email that is then sent to different legislators depending on what is up for a vote. They also send out post card to mail to law makers.

You do not have to be a member to sign up for their email alerts but membership is only $25.00.

It's a solid gesture from GOA and I back their point, but it reads a frivolous and petty.

I read somewhere that while Congress is in session a Senator can not be arrested or charged with a crime thanks to a law that Congress passed to exempt itself. I believe that the only crimes that are nor covered by this law are treason, sedition, murder, maybe a couple more "biggies". So based on this doubt Schumer will suffer any consequences.
