There are several models with ambidextrous thumb safety.
The Gold Match, Team Match, the Tactical Models, the SIS (no longer in regular production but they are still out there), the CDP Models, the Raptors, and few I may have forgotten. Also the top of the line Combat Gold Match models.
Take note that those with ambidextrous TS are available also in full size and the Pro-size models, some are available in blued steel, stainless, and aluminum.
Another way to approach this is to find the Kimber model you like the most (fit, finish, weight, features, how it feels in your hand, etc.) and install ambidextrous thumb safety and ambidextrous magazine release afterwards. There are options available from Ed Brown, Wilson Combat, Cylinder & Slide, Kimber, etc.
