Hapstone v6

I just received my v6 sharpener. This weekend I will put it to the test with a few inexpensive blades and see what the learning curve is. I bought the basic package and will likely get better stones at some point. For now, I'm going to learn and play. I'm looking forward to a good experience. I'll let you know how it goes. Assembly of the kit was intuitive and sharpening looks to be the same. Practice will tell!!
