The M1A Springfield

I know its not a 1911 but its another well produced Springfield video
about the people building M1A rifles at Springfield .

I like the old videos added to this video

I had an M1A Super Match at one time. It was a very nice rifle. I sold it because I wanted to get involved in rifle matches. It just never panned out.

Shame, you should look into giving it another try. M1 in .308 is cheaper than a M1A or just a M1 and doing the Games if you feel the .308 is sacrilegious.

my pistol games have dropped too.

I just have a lot going on at work and home life.

another issue with rifle matches, they are not close by and my longest distance range to practice is 160 yards. My extra money is going to be tied up for the next few years.

We will see in a few years.

I get my ammo through sgammo.com

everything is ok right now, but if things change politically down the road....ammo prices go through the roof and availability goes down the toilet.

the time for ammo is now....buy buy buy.

if you reload.....make sure you have enough components to weather any potential storms.

I've had a Mini-14 for 20 years and it's been a good rifle. However it doesn't get much use since I got a SA M1A Loaded model a few years later. The cost was higher than the ruger but it's much more gun.

i just love the classical history to the gun. i am considering the socom 16 cqb to add a modern twist to it. a buddy is pushing ar10s instead but something about the m1a just speaks to me. waffling hard(not that it matters the 10mm trp got the first buy so im broke for awhile XP).
