Gunbelt help...

Does anyone recognize this maker? Iím pretty sure I bought this belt from a maker that was a member, or was recommended by a member, of this forum. But I canít read his stamp, to find him & get another. This one has treated me well.

Thanks in advance.

Put JLB belts into the Amazon search. There will be a half a dozen or so of leather goods companies including holsters and belts that will come up.

I believe the gun belt was made by Jerry Bissell. There was a thread on this forum mentioning his belts in 2012.

https://forums.1911forum.com/showthr...=375774&page=2

Jerryís belts were also featured on another forum with pictures that match the OP's belt.

https://www.ingunowners.com/forums/a...y-bissell.html

However, Jerry has retired according to this thread in the following forum in 2013.

http://www.kahrtalk.com/showthread.p...ll-has-Retired

It also mentions from Jerry:

"I have transferred everything to my nephew and his web site is Armour Belts

He worked with me for a while to learn how I was able to make a fine, strong gunbelt.

If you have any trouble with his web site give him a call at 480-294-0368.

He has already had some good reviews on the 1911 forum.

Jerry"

Yíall are great!

It was Jerry who made the belt. Good man, great service.

I will call Armour and get another. Might have to add an inch or two, though!
