Greetings from Beautiful Phoenix

Hot? Nah. It was only 110 today.

Hope to pick some brains and learn a thing or two from this august group.

Welcome from near by Mesa. 110 is still cool enough to go shooting outdoors.

Howdy from Dallas.

I grew up in Scottsdale. I will take a dry 110 degrees over the 100 degree / 90% humidity summers we get here. Plus, living in the South, I can no longer drive two hours to Flagstaff to beat the heat on the weekend anymore. ☹️

But here I make more money and have no state income tax...so I can afford to buy nicer 1911s!! 😁

Welcome from the beautiful Pacific North West. We're the evergreen state for a reason and it isn't 110 degree heat!

Used to shoot matches at Ben Avery and Rio Salida before retiring and moving. I know it's a dry heat but still hot none the less!

Be sure to say HI! to your neighbor Rob Latham (Chandler, AZ), good guy legendary shooter!

Smiles,

Howdy, Phoenix area here as well. I shoot matches with the Cactus club at Ben Avery. Stop by and shoot with us if you don't already.
