Poll in the upper left.

Should licensed-to-carry gun owners be allowed to carry at Arts, Beats & Eats?

It's funny how there are people who don't want any good guys with guns there...do you think criminals would take their advice too?

Poll from My Congressman, Mike Fitzpatrick

As you can read this is pretty vague.

Here in PA we do not require background checks for personal sales. FFLs at gun show and pistol sales require a background check.

Who will perform the investigation in mass shootings?

What are the consequences for states?

I answered,

Y
N
N
N
Undecided

POLL http://fitzpatrickforcongress.com/gun-control-survey

Should gun buyers undergo a background check if they are purchasing from a gun show?
We already do undergo a background check when purchasing from a gun show if we purchase from an FFL! We all know we do not want private sales effected!

Should gun buyers undergo a background check if they are purchasing from the internet?
We already do for pistols and interstate long arms, but again not private sale and we want to keep it that way. Also, what is an internet sale?

What kind of penalty and what are the mental health checks going to be or determine?

Who is conducting the study on mass shootings?

PLEASE SEND HIM AN EMAIL ABOUT THIS SURVEY https://fitzpatrick.house.gov/contact-me

I wonder how many criminals are voting to restrict our rights, in these polls?

"come'on guys...all you heroin dealers don't forget to vote in the ABC poll in favor of restricting firearms to regular citizens!"

lol, yeah...maybe not

CNN's attempting to sneak one past us in the Quick Vote area of CNN. If you're on a smartphone, go to the full site view at the bottom. It's near the bottom and right.

Poorly worded IMO. The anti's will say "That little girl with the Uzi was under adult supervision and look what happened- we should outlaw all children shooting any firearm..."
If the poll question read "should children be allowed to learn to shoot firearms in the presence of a parent or legal guardian?" then I would vote yes.

The first gun I shot was a 22LR at 6.

At 10 I got my first 20ga "youth" shotgun and a 30-06 deer rifle.

At 14 dad taught me to shoot on a P6 and 38 Super Colt Commander, the Colt I started to CCW when I turned 18.

I voted yes. I do however think a parent should be present with said child.

Other than a zip gun my first weapon was a JC Higgins 12Ga pump; hunted birds in CT with my brother - my dad was dead and not hunter anyhow; he was a Cop.

The anti-gunners fully know that the best way to end the "cult" of private gun ownership in this country is to deny children access to them while continuing to brain-wash them into believing that guns are evil and shouldn't be allowed. The tragedy with the 9 year-old and the UZI is something they're going to milk to the fullest.

Avoid the temptation to replace everything on your brand-new 1911 just to make it "better". Know what you're changing out and why. You may spend a lot of money fixing things that weren't broken to begin with. Shoot at least 500 rounds through it first, then decide what you don't like and want to improve. Regarding vintage 1911s, pre-1970 pistols are highly collectible in original, unaltered condition and should NEVER be refinished or modified as it completely ruins their monetary value.
