New 38 Super Guardian

This has been at the top of my dream gun list for a few years now. Finally broke down and bought one.

What an amazing pistol. It just feels good in your hand. I swabbed it out and used some of the DW recommended Mil Comm grease on the rails.
Took it to the range today for the first time.

Fired 100 rounds of Agulia 130 grain FMJ. Didn't have a hiccup one. Towards the last couple of magazines, when sling shotting the slide it did seem the slide moved just a hair slower while chambering the first round. But it still went into battery with no problems.
Shooting as I usually do, two handed grip offhand, seated because I have MS and standing long periods tires me quickly at my usual handgun range of 7 yards, 21 feet. Out of 100 rounds, 1 ended up in the 8 ring, 18 in the 9 ring, and the 10 and x rings were for the most part gone. Not deadeye, but good enough for what I do.

Now to clean and relube it and get back to the range next week for another 100 rounds.

Congratulations! I love my 38 Super Guardian. It's my #1 EDC in my rotation. Enjoy!
