A strange thing happened

Yesterday, 22000 armed men held a totally peaceful rally at the Virginia state capital. No violence in spite of dire predictions and the rabid left did not appear because they were out numbered. Yes we are the good guys. Long live the 2nd amendment.

I love it. It was reported in our news as quiet! I hope the nation takes note!

Correction......22,00 armed men and women held a totally peaceful rally.........

It was great to see men, women, and a reasonably diverse group strolling around armed.

Probably the largest armed gathering ever in the state of virginia. Proof positive that “an armed society is a POLITE society.”

A huge win for our side. Really surprised that Soros didn’t have a few Antifa “black block” gangs smashing store windows etc. to try and make us look bad. Look at every other demonstration, they always have them. Guess it’s hard to get people who want that gig knowing there will be 22000 patriots there that won’t allow that.

... meanwhile 5 people were shot in the crown jewel of liberal gun control capital of Chicago over the MLK weekend.

5 shot Monday in Chicago

Yep.

Strength in numbers......always an important factor to consider in any tactical plan.

My sincerest apologies to shooter59. You are correct. I even saw a couple with infant in hand. Nice to have younger people there and with future 2nd amendment people in training

No apology needed at all! I was just running with your original post.

What a great job done by both organizers and attendees.

It reminds me of the early 90's when Florida got concealed carry. The libs were in a panic, saying that people would be shooting each other over parking spaces and other such stupidity. But of course, after the violent crime rate began to drop, what did we hear from them? Total silence.
