All I did was over adjust the adjustment screw and some how the ball popped out. Wilson has said they have had it happen before. They are going to fix it when I send it out tomorrow.

Wow! don't say much for the sight if it has happened before. One good thing they stand behind the product. Just a PIA to have to send it back.....Glad I have a spare sight now just in case.

I don’t want to give the impression it’s a common thing to occur, they just said it has happened before. I have the same sight on my EDC 9 and I didn’t have this issue.

Even once is to often but you know mechanical things - anything can happen.
