CZ P07-Seems Like a Winner

I bought one after a year of thinking about it. Shot it for first time yesterday...

1. The grip. Oh it is almost sensuous.

2. Cocked and locked. (I swapped out the decocker.) No it is not a 1911 trigger but after a long take up, it is good, crisp, under 4 lbs.

3 Utterly reliable. (So far.)

4. Shootability-almost no muzzle flip.

5. Not much money. ($470.00.)

6. Accurate.

7. My wife likes shooting it.

Magazines. What are they, gold? And you can't find them at your LGS.

Anyone else had good experience with these?

So far, every CZ I've had the pleasure to shoot/own has been a winner. If you want to really be dazzled, let Cajun Gunworks or CZ Custom work their magic on a CZ pistol!!!!!! Congrats on the new gun!

a P07 9mm with a few CGW upgrades is my daily carry.

about the mags, ALL CZ mags are expensive. Look to GregCote when there is a sale.

I've had mine for a bit over two years now. Mine is the older "Duty" model. Like you, I swapped out the decocker for the safety. It's a laser beam, for sure. You can't beat CZs ergos, they seem to do it better than anyone. It's the only plastic gun I own, but i love shooting it as much as my steel CZs, and my 1911s. My EDC is a 75 Compact. Careful, though, CZs are as addictive as 1911s...

I have the longer version, the P09 and love. Amazingly accurate, superb recoil management and good ergos. Unlike most here, I retained the decockers.

I have one. It is a great pistol and one of many great ones made by CZ. You can't go wrong with their products.
