Warranty concern on my PXT14.45SKJ

Am posting my concern as I have been sending emails to ParaUSA customer service for a couple of days now without reply. Can any one enlighten me regarding warranty issues for Para Pistols bought outside of the USA? Bought my P14.45 Tactical Opns Pistol last Oct 2011 here in the Philippines. So far have fired less than 700 rounds .I have been encountering Power Extractor related problems.I've tried having a Gun smith buddy of mine to check the problem and he suggested that I just try to contact Para customer service for possible replacement of the Power extractor since it's still relatively new and thus shouldn't be having such problems.I hope somebody out there can help me.I'm at a loss on how to contact Para,as their service department does not reply.Good day to all.

dino, I am sure you are about to find out that Para has one of the best, (if not the best) customer service teams in the gun bis.. Para's Pro Shooter, (Travis) is on the site about every day.. The Power extractor has been a problem in some guns, but Para is replaceing the PXT with a one piece EGW extractor. I'm not sure about shipping to the Philippines?? I would bet that Travis or someone from CS will reply to you soon.

Thank you Tim!

Sir, I'm sorry for the inconvenience! We'll get you our new machined, EGW HD extractor ASAP. I sent you a PM for your info.

Best regards,
