I think it would work well, I have a Glock 32C that is used as a cheap (got it for $275) vehicle gun since the round doesn't suffer from the ports and still performs well against car bodies and doesn't require the usual 1 inch increase in length a Glock comp adds. Shoots flatter than my G19 with more power so aside from the foot long lances of fire its great.
