Awesome build, really cool
That you are going to be able to pull off a bobtail setup. I personally prefer a solid trigger that’s the only thing I would change if it were my build. But of course that’s the best part of being able to personally spec these amazing firearms. Can’t wait to see pictures when it’s done!

Rear Cocking serrations? Standard, Vickers Wide etc

Slide top serrations? 30 LPI standard

Serrated Rear of Slide? 40 LPI standard

Ryan Wilson high grip modification?

Aluminum Bobtail mainspring housing (perhaps goes without specifying)

Fluted Chamber?

Fluted barrel? (not sure if available on bushing barrels)

Thick bushing flange? or standard?

specify trigger weight (#4 is standard)

Countersunk slide stop, rounded pin or flattened pin?

First off, you'll love the Ed Brown bobtail. I don't have it on my 2 Wilson 1911s because they're both 5" guns. I do have the bobtail on my two "carry 1911s:" an Ed Brown LW Kobra Carry and a DW Guardian. Those guns carry much smaller with the bobtail, and they won't poke you in the side.

If the "countersunk" slide stop means that there's no nub protruding from the right side of the gun, then it's going to be tougher, in my opinion, to field-strip it for cleaning. I believe the original intent of that mod was to enable a laser grip's beam to be very close to the right side of the gun for aiming. If you're not going to put laser grips on it, then why do it? There may be some other reason for it, and if so, someone will soon chime in.

Finally, I agree with your decision to swap to tritium sights. If for nothing else, it makes it very easy to find the gun on the nightstand in the dark. Plus, I've seen the fiber optic rods break and/or fall out, or melt. The tritium will last 12-15 years and then you just send it back to Wilson for a replacement.

This is a gun I’ve been considering but only in 9mm.
My PERSONAL op is I don’t prefer the bobtail.
I have a WC pro and EB Alpha Carry and both are bobtailed.
For ME when I draw and grip it to fire I point and shoot low.
Seem to need that last little part of the grip to be able to point right for ME.
I want the same gun in 9mm with a round butt.

This has been my impression as well, so I found (for my hands) I do better with the RBMW. I posted recently about my retirement pistol, and several of the option listed by the OP, most importantly the LW frame, are on mine as well - but instead of bobtail, mine is RBMW. Different hands will of course find a different preference.
