I am not a Commander length gun kinda guy. But a new Ruger CMD beckoned to me. Never regretted it. The only negative QC issue I found was actually a very basic check I didn’t do for whatever reason. Found it looking for what seemed to be disproportionate recoil. The recoil spring was coil binding at full recoil. Clipping a coil and a half rectified that issue and the recoil was more appropriate.
