Got this in my email today and thought I would pass it along...

On March 27th, state Senator Lynda Wilson delivered letters to Governor Jay Inslee explaining why it is essential that citizens are able to access their Second Amendment rights during the COVID-19 crisis. One letter was signed by 46 state lawmakers and the other was signed by 15 law enforcement officials from across the state. You may click here to view the letters and see if your legislators, sheriff, or police chief signed. http://lyndawilson.src.wastateleg.org/firearms-dealers-essential-public-safety-governor-told/

“Some things don’t stop because of COVID-19, and unfortunately, one of those is crime. Governor Inslee can’t assume criminals will honor his stay-at-home order – he’s aware that a state trooper gave his life on Tuesday while trying to apprehend a suspected criminal who obviously wasn’t staying home,” said Senator Wilson.

Gov. Inslee’s March 23rd executive order directs all Washingtonians to stay home, except for “Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers.” This category does not include workers of firearm and ammunition businesses, meaning gun stores across the state could be shut down. Because Initiative 594 criminalized private sales of firearms and severely restricted transfers, the closing of gun stores will make it nearly impossible for citizens to give or sell a firearm to friends, extended family, or others seeking to exercise their right to self-defense.

Please stay tuned to www.nraila.org/coronavirus for further updates on our Second Amendment rights during COVID-19.

Gov. Inslee is a typical card-carrying leftist-progressive Democrat who couldn't care less about gun rights. It'll be interesting to see if he does anything about it but I'm not holding my breath.

The stay-at-home orders is going to be just open season for criminals to break into closed shops all over the country. I can see the smash and grab goons soon taking to the streets and having their way.

Any day now folks this crisis goes into phase 3 anarchy.

The first Governor in state history to decline to sign the awards of police and civilian winners of the "Governor's 20" shooting competition.
He's the worst kind of petty, "progressive" pinhead.

Also the one who pushed for the legalization of marijuana and the abolition of the death penalty. Yes, a true "progressive" in every meaning of the word, especially if by that you mean things are getting progressively worse.

Take deep breaths......
No I don't need to take a deep breath. I am stocked and well armed.

People can see the writing on the wall, hence why keeping guns and ammo sales opened as an essential business. But why?

As time progresses, the authorities are clamping down on this stay at home policy. Some places are already enforcing it with warnings and arrests.

At some point, days and weeks down the road, people will become restless without their regular income and supplies of food and goods. Kids out of school, and distribution chains shut down because the very warehouses in those distribution chains don't have enough workers showing up to load trucks.

What do think may start to happen sporadically?

Trump's DHS trumps the Leftists who are working against the 2A; declares all gun-related businesses nationwide to be essential, and can not be shut down. Article here.

I see the quarantine is taking its toll, some people need to get fresh air and exercise, the endorphins do a world of good for one's mental disposition...Yea, it totally sucks, but no "apocalypse", no societal-breakdown, not even close, not from CV9 anyway.

What we will get the longer it goes on (economic shut-down) though is more socialism, we have plenty now and don't need anymore. That is why POTUS needs to start opening up the economy. Follow the social distancing rules, issue workers masks and exame-gloves and go to it...Thanks to the many Entrepreneurial-Patriots in America, there should soon be a flood of N-95 masks on the market.

I'm sure CA, NJ, NY, PA, et al will immediately acquiesce to such "advisories"....
Great talking point, zero impact....
