I have a basic Ciener, and it shoots fine after some initial fine tuning. I wish I had gotten the better model with adjustable sights. Mags are expensive. But Ruger 22 mags aren't all that cheap...

My CETME with a too small bolt gap kicks like a bolt action.

The...

I've seen it go both ways. Usually, if someone wants to learn, they will notice that you are competent and ask for tips.

The other day I watched an obvious nube repeatedly try to get a 30 rd....

Never shot a FAL, but the CETME/G3/PTR91 has about the lowest recoil found in .308. More like a shove than a kick. Back to back with an AK-47 and M14 my G3 has way less recoil.

Accuracy between...

If the HK is rough, may want to check that bolt gap. My G3 has a lot less recoil than my M14, shooting the same ammo. More like a gentle push than a kick.

CETME/G3 is about the softest recoiling...

I have a Fed Ord M14S with Winchester barrel and bolt, and a HK G3 parts gun I built myself. Both are great fun with Milsurp, and both will...

Original US Military spec called for a OAL of 1.256-1.266.

The WWB I measured when I set mine up were 1.260, +/- .002. It fed well in all mine, so that is what I shoot for.

Wish I had them, I looked all over and don't see anything on it. The videos on Lee's sight are kinda vague on how the crimp should look, and it was all "preset" (ya, right) from the factory.

I just went thru a 250 pack of 9mm UMC, and have to say my 1911 9mm don't like it much. Seems like there is some difference in the shape of the base, it kept hanging up under the extractor.

WWB,...

I will probably back the crimp die out...
