Anything that keeps the muzzle down will help with shot follow ups. I'm thinking about one but it will take longer to clear the holster.

Ok is there a brand better than another, I cant imagine too much thought needs to go into a safety, I could actually care less about the ambi safety just don't want to deal with it coming loose.

An XDM in 45 acp with a 3" 3.8" 4" and 5" barrel options. I'd buy the 3.8" and 5". Also wouldnt hurt if they had an option for an integrated lazer.
