Low left POI from POA is common for a right handed shooter. Check videos from Doug Koenig and Rob Latham for grip and stance. Easy fix when you know what to look for.

I haven't shot 3 gun in over 15 years but at the time I used a 3X scope and it to was sighted in at 50 yards. The furthest we shot was a "bonus" target at 200.
