TRS Commander or Thunder Ranch 1911 9mm

I have yet to see either Nighthawk pistol mentioned above in person, but I am curious about the two.

I'm wanting to get a 9mm 1911 and have narrowed down to these two.

I like the style and...

Safariland 2011 holsters have been one of unicorn status for some time, I hope they get them out on the streets.

I have waited on buying a new Staccato Duo just because I can't find a holster.

Main recoil spring (and others) rates(lbs)

Nighthawk recommends a 17 lb spring for full-size 45acp.

I look on Brownells, I find 16.5 and 17.5 lb springs.

Thoughts?

Firing pin spring?

Hammer spring?
