It looks like it is a new O1911M Black Army but it was assemble mistakenly with a short O1911C Classic trigger. Believe it or not, Colt assemblers make mistakes like these pretty often.

It looks like the wear accumulated from uniformed LEO duty carry due to the exposed wear on areas not holster related. It doesn't bother me since it is honest wear from use and not neglect.
