Sig uses the correct 10/40/357 Breechface. Are you sure you can drop in the 38s or 9x23 barrel? I suspect you cannot. These use the 9x19 breechface.

Yes. This part I understood. I was asking only in the case of if the hammer was pulled back. It does not appear to cause any issues which was my concern, assuming the thumb safety was fit correctly.
