It might work, but I wouldnt expect it to run 100% when it gets dirty.

Maybe find an old OEM 9x23 barrel and try it.

Yes to both.

The 77 TMKs are a bit more finicky to find a good load for. The 69 TMK needs to be pushed fast to find an accurate load.

Varget and RL-15 are hard to beat.
