38 Super for target

One reason to use the super for target use is the heavier bullets load easier in the super. I have a 5 " gun I use for bullseye. I load 158 gr SWC lead bullets made for 38 special and size them down...

Had a couple over the years. They were great guns at the time, but durability was spotty and parts are hard to find. You would be better off to buy a current officers sized 1911 with an alloy frame.
