Find a high quality chronograph first. Lots of the basic Chrony models dont give solid readings when the sun is at weird angles.

I have no problem making PF with 124s and Titegroup.

In the video I linked above, in 15-16 seconds I load about 11 rounds. So that is about 40-45 rounds a minute which comes out to about 2,400 - 2,700 rounds an hour. Subtract some time to add primers...

Add in VFG cleaning pellets and some occasional JB bore paste and it is easy to keep barrels clean.

But now days quality has gone downhill. Way downhill. Now PC guns just seem like slightly odd ball guns that only "revo-people" have any interest in.
