$200 is high but not outrageous, IMHO. About 25 years ago, when I first started buying primers in 5K quantities, I paid 65$/5K. At gun show with no tax or hazmat.

Yes, normal to use cast data for plated bullets. But weird (to me) that they reference H&N, who I never heard of, and Rainer, who I suspect is out of business.

45acp plated bullets are normally sized at 0.451". The .355/.356 you referenced are for 9mm (or possibly slightly undersized .38 Special).
