The belt is single thickness with liner. I use it for IWB holsters and it works very well. I can see the dilemma with double thickness belts. Wish I could be more help.

Sorry for your loss. Iíve been researching mags of late and ordered a couple of Kimpro Tac Mags. They get good reviews. Wilson mags also. Iíve always trusted Mec-Gar mags too.
