Thanks, Robert. In my original post, I forgot to add AMERC as the bottom of the barrel, worst ever, do not use, brass. :) It immediately goes in the split brass container for sale as scrap.

I've used a lot of Solo 1000 in .38 Special and 45acp. Nowadays I use Titegroup or Promo for 45acp. In .44 Special I used to use Unique or Power Pistol, but I don't shoot that caliber anymore.

Thank you wccb. My only problem with the creases is appearance when I come home from a trip and put them back in the safe. But, it's certainly not a disqualifying problem, just an annoyance.

It's just an upside-down primer. It happens occasionally, but rarely, when I'm reloading. Hard to imagine how it happens on automated factory assembly lines. And, how it slipped by QC.
