This is exactly what happened to mine...the mag catch protruded just a bit too much and hung up on the coil...same spot on every magazine. I replaced the mag catch and never an issue since

For a full size 9mm I use HST 147gr standard pressure. For anything with barrel 4.4" or less I use 124 gr HST standard pressure based on my own ballistic gel testing

I would also get Wolf's reduced 1911 power springs. I had to change my factory PM9 spring to suit my ammo. I think I bought 11-12-13-14 pound springs and changed accordingly.

I have 3 of both (Franklin and Fostech) and the Echo gen 2 is much much easier to get it to run quickly right of the bat. Bump stocks are much easier and function as intended with Geissele SSA
