related to earlier revolvers with large gaps.

It was in reference to light charges with H110 and 357 Magnum....

For what it's worth, the Alliant BULLSEYE web page does not show the DNR note.

I'd interpret that page as showing MAX load and reduce 10% for starting.

That would bring me down to 4.2 grains...
