SOME PCCs are SBRs, but rare, due to regulations. I only know a couple of guys who have them, and they shoot their full size guns instead because they handle batter.

Why do you keep saying short barrel rifle? Of all the PCC shooters I've seen, only one has shot an SBR, and it was only once, because a full sized rifle is better handling

That's the inclusive list of allowed muzzle devices. I don't see suppressor on there.

Suppressors aren't allowed in USPSA. SBRs are but they have to be legal SBRs, not 9mm AR "pistols" with a brace

Overall results really don't matter, you are only competing against people in your own division. Also suppressors aren't allowed in USPSA, not sure about IDPA.
