Yes, hole locating jig will do both size grips. I build them based on VZ grip screw locations. Some grip manufactures are all over the place. Also, the holding jig will hold your blanks firmly...

I have a custom super that Log cut some metalform mags down for me. Done a great job and the pistol runs without any issues.

Also, someone mentioned that Tripp will cut any of their mags down.

I would cut the frame rails to fit the slide. I've never seen anyone cut a slide. I'm sure someone could do it but I wouldn't think a "Local Machine Shop" could do it correctly.
