The image on the right shows a point on the lower right of this image and is the sear contact area. It is filed to properly just fit so the sear can not move when the TS is engaged....

Thumb Safety findings

I purchased Valkyrie a couple months ago and experienced the same issue stated by the many DW owners, that the thumb safety would engage <1/32 blocking the sear upon recoil not allowing the hammer...
