Have you noticed a reoccurrence of the bare shelves of a few months ago?
Not just toilet paper and hand sanitizer, and to stay on topic, ammunition.

related to earlier revolvers with large gaps.

It was in reference to light charges with H110 and 357 Magnum....

For what it's worth, the Alliant BULLSEYE web...

For what it's worth, the Alliant BULLSEYE web page does not show the DNR note.

I'd interpret that page as showing MAX load and reduce 10% for starting.

That would bring me down to 4.2 grains...

Last year they were the local "go to" store.
Nothing at all now.

But there IS ammo available - at not too jacked up prices... :)

Enlisted crew got 1911s. Mine was a Colt.
