I like 9mm revolvers (and have a S&W 940, Ruger SP101, and a couple Ruger Blackhawk Convertibles). My 940 is every bit as accurate as my other J Frames.

I feel the same way. The first .22 revolver I purchased years ago was a new S&W Model 17 K-22 and I still enjoy shooting that old revolver. It would be pretty hard to wear out a quality .22LR...
