Get one, they're fun

I have a Serbu BFG-50 from his 2nd run way back when. I've only ever shot pulled and reloaded surplus or straight surplus in it back when you could get it for $1/round. These days you can still...

I'd recommend either a smooth bore barrel with deer rifle sights or the police barrel with the bead sight on a small base and keep your existing barrel. Having two barrels will greatly increase the...

I have a 9mm AR-15 built from a Colt model 635 parts kit. SBR here in America. Very similar to that gun in your pics except for the stock. I think it is one of the most fun guns I own. Light...

I'm a little late to the party, but I've used the cheap commercial steel spinners for years with no issues. They are the ones you can get at Cabela's, Fleet Farm, and other outdoor stores for...

That's very cool, thanks for the review. What is the overall weigh savings for all the Ti components vs standard components?

Thanks,

Benelli over the SPAS. The SPAS is neat but more finicky than the Benelli plus there was a safety recall/change on the SPAS and I'm not sure you can even get parts for it any more.

But of course...

Thanks for the info, I didn't know about the mag block. Can you post pictures when you get a chance? Before and after fixing it would be great. I have a Century C93 and it's a fun rifle. A friend...

Sorry I can't help with the parts but very interested to hear the details of the rifle itself - what is different from a HK 93 or a Century C93, why it won't accept normal mags, and so on.

I guess...

Please post more details on what happens, exactly, when you fire it. A 8.5" AR should cycle with a carbine, H, or H2 buffer. H or H2 will probably work best but a regular buffer will likely work...

How fast are you shooting? I've had barrels that when they heat up, still give good groups but just not in the right place. Take another variable out of the equation and shoot 1 round per minute or...

With shorter barrels like that, a heavier buffer usually does the trick. Try the H2 and I bet your problems go away.

Also disassemble, clean, and inspect. I once had a broken extractor pin cause...

That's a very cool belt but I'm not a huge fan of the buckle. Does anyone know who makes them, so perhaps they have an offering with a more subdued buckle if I buy it direct from them?

Thanks,

I haven't watched the video yet but a hit at 300 yards is definitely not out of the question. I did it with my Kimber .45 on a steel roughly IPSC-sized style target. I don't remember how many shots...

Check the position of the ejector. It should be near the inside of the slot so it hits the brass as much as possible. Try bending it just a hair and see what happens.

Also, with 1 round in the...

I don't have acetone in my Ed's Red mixture but I did include lanolin. Lanolin thickens the mixture and helps it stick better. I was much happier with Ed's Red after I added it. It was too thin...
