So I placed an order for a single M1911 holster back in April of 2017, and still nothing. I've sent emails and left voice messages, and no response.

agree.... if you are at the range and doing that much shooting, a interim oiling is probably a good idea... but once the gun goes home, at least in my book... it gets field stripped, fully cleaned,...

well, exactly.... with my newly delivered super grade 1911 they didn't include a free bottle of grease... they sent their oil (red in color)... Maybe that answers my question best?

Had a guy tell me today that I should keep grease on my 1911 on the rails... I always thought the 1911 should only have grease in the mainspring housing and maybe the magazine release mechanism,...
