JD45ACP, I assumed that the small stud is pinching the thumb on a high thumb shooting grip, if YOU like the safety that's great. I like minimalism :-)

Hi,
did you notice that Les Baer is fitting new kind of grips to it's pistols now?
They cover the frame much more and overlapping the checkering runout.
I like it :-)

But I must admit that the current Bo-Mar style rear sigh is hard to beat.
