And yes we take this issue seriously here in Virginia.

We are fully engaged in the process of beating these bitches down on all fronts. Much thanks to all that have backed us on the VCDL to date. Stay tuned!

Actually you are incorrect on a very keen point.

We actually did change the minds of some very important people. These being the state legislature. As a direct result of the huge participation in the lobby day rallies in Richmond in January. By...

Absolutely correct.

It is important to keep control of the high moral ground. If push comes to shove and other tactics are required. Then so be it. But letting these leftist radicals be seen as the degenerates that they...

This is correct.

But neither will anybody else with half a brain be convinced by people acting like a bunch of idiots. You have to have a better play book. We did pretty well in January up in Richmond. And this...

The ones that already have their minds made up.

They are not the people that you need to concern yourself with. It is the fence sitters and the undecideds that are the decisive factor. And you are not likely to convert many over to your way of...

Well surprisingly enough.

Most real preppers with half a brain. They have guns also.

It is kind of like showing up for a job interview in your gym clothes.

Sure you can do it if you want to, as that is your right.

However do you really think that will help you land the job?

Gee I guess that moon bounce franchise that I plowed my life's savings into

You know those compressed air filled tents that you see at every low rent little kids birthday party. I guess that it will likely fade from popularity now.

I fully agree with Pizza Bob.

I would not hesitate to carry my 2.5" model 19-5 (Nickel plate) into harms way. But this is a gun that you are going to want to practice with. Particularly if you are going to be carrying a hot...

Once you begin to query them beyond how long it takes to get a pizza delivered.

You are going to start losing them pretty quickly.

Well this is a good point as well.

If a manufacturer knows that they have sold a defective product. That clearly has the potential to have lethal consequences for at least some individuals. How far does their responsibility to inform...

I service my RSCs about as often as I service my refrigerator.

And my mail box.

However When I picked an older AMSEC TL-30 a few years ago at action. I had it checked out for a couple of reasons. Plus I wanted the combination changed and I was not sure how...

"Yep just your average run of the mill flu bug."

Only 100,000 dead in four months and counting, +/- a thousand more deaths every day. No doubt Bill gates will have this thing shut down any day now.

My wife and I do not eat out much, especially of late.

But I always tip well as long as I get good service. I have been through tough times. I know what it is like to live hand to mouth. It has been a long time but I remember it well.

This is the way that I see it as well.

Any shot discharged that does not hit the intended target is either one or the other. Either accidental or negligent. If it does not hit the intended target. How could it be anything else?

So how about this?

Can you have an unintended discharge be both accidental and negligent?

Let us say for instance such as the example that I referred to in an earlier post. Whereupon chambering a round in a...

So if somebody has an unintentional discharge.

Are they negligent inasmuch as they did not educate themselves properly with regard to the proper handling of said firearm?

Clearly progress is being made here.

So now we have to pass new laws to keep people from passing illegal laws. :barf:

Speaking as one of those people.

That has had a model 700 go off without the trigger being touched. My Sendero went off on chambering a round (pointed of course in a safe direction).

However I am reluctant to call even this an...

I visited Antietam creek a few years ago.

5,000 dead in three hours. It was eerily quiet.

It should be noted!

That on this day.

On May 25th, 1787, The Constitutional Convention convened in Philadelphia with George Washington presiding. The task of the peaceful overthrow of the new American government as...

Great guns!

I have several of them. Actually my current carry gun is a model 67-1. Which as you likely know is the exact same gun as a model 15 only in stainless.

Elizabeth Warren, nothing if not forward on her ambitions. Stack the supreme court and eliminate the Senate to name just a few of her forward looking would be policies.

She does have a penchant...

This is oftentimes the case.

To demean someone that is on a tight budget is tacky at best. Snobbery is pretty indicative of a pretty small intellect. I remember my father telling me that as he was attending Princeton university...
