I have experience with all the guns you mentioned except the Ruger 1911, but the Ruger would be my last choice of those you cited.
The Wilson CQB is definately the pick of the litter, IMO

However, NOBODY comes close to Wilson Combat when it comes to responding to a customer's questions...
