I soak them in soapy water them dry them off in tumbler media to knock off the left over gunk. It drys them well too and adds some polish for sizing.

That hinged weight on front is just for settling the powder after you drop a charge. Lee has one on their powder measure. You pull it up and let it smack the body.

Fusion and primary machine both offer a plate without a rear sight. Trick is finding the shop that will mill the rear dovetail for a backup sight.
