The weight of the mainspring depends on the model and year it was produced. Current CZ/DW full size guns use a 18# spring. All officer and Bobtails use a 23# officer spring.

That is a very old gun, I couldn't tell you what finish is on there but it isn't Duty treat. If it is a CZ it is very early.
