I did have an issue with mine when I first got it, it locked up tight after about 40 rounds. Sent it in for warranty work, has worked flawlessly since.

Yes, it's a Para. Specifically the P16-40 Limited. Any Para Mags should work with it if the magwell is removed. Depending on the dimensions of the magwell, they might work anyway.
