Question for Mr. Serva Re. Fusion Hammers

Mr. Serva, is your Fusion 1911 - Hammer, Mil Spec "Wide Spur" - Matte Stainless SKU# 1911-HMR-14-5 investment cast or MIM manufactured ? Are there visible seams or mold marks that would require cleaning up or is just a light touch with a hard stone on the sear contact surfaces generally required for installation ?

Sir, The "Old-School" Mil spec Spur hammers are a Investment cast product and then machine. Just basic stoning is needed to dress the engagement surfaces. One of our projects for 2020 is a new series of hammers and we are including Some of the "Old-School" styles and these will be all bar-stock and CNC machined. thank you for the question.

Thank you Mr. Serva. I don't mind paying more for a quality machined from bar stock part so I will await your new product line. Will there be a stainless wide spur/WWII style hammer in the lineup ?
