I put a set of 3rd generation night sights on it that I got from CDNN Investments. The only peculiar thing about them is that the front sight now has a slight gap at the front like the rear sight. That doesn't bother me. No milling required.

Here is mine. I just finished installing the trigger, magwell, grips and replaced the recoil and firing pin springs.

Can We Sticky This?
I just did a search to see if there was ever a "Picture Thread" in the S&W sub section and came across this one, It would be cool if we could get a mod to sticky the Picture Thread like many of the other sub sections have done.

Heres my newest S&W 1911, I couldn't be any happier with this gun
